Welcome all to the upcoming 1st Kansai Scholastic Chess Tournament at Abroad International School.

Main points for now:
GENERAL
1. School lobby opens 9.30am for registration until 10.15am.
2. No parking place inside the school. Public parking areas nearby are limited.
3. Parents don’t need to stay.
4. Planned timetable:
- Registration 9.30-10.15am
- Opening & Welcome: 10.15-10.30am
- Round 1: 10.30am
- Round 2: 11.15am
- Round 3: 12.00pm
- Lunch: 12.30-1.15pm
- Round 4: 1.15pm
- Round 5: 2.00pm
- Round 6: 2.45pm
- Round 7: 3.30pm
- Prize Giving: 4.15-4.45pm
5. Bring your ticket with QR code (printed out or digital) for registration at counters in the lobby .
TOURNAMENT SPECIFIC
1. Players will play all 7 rounds (not a knock out system)
2. Time control 15 minutes each player and no increment
3. Touch move rule
4. Illegal moves: 2nd illegal move loses the game - players will be reminded about that before start at the Opening.
5. After each round players who are finished need to go to the waiting area.
6. Parents and supporters can stay in the playing hall for 5 minutes at start of each round to take photos, but will need to leave shortly after. Only players and arbiters allowed in the playing hall.
7. It's a scholastic event, so all players are requested to wear their school uniforms (standard or PE)
8. QR codes for faster registration are in the email you have received immediately after your registration. Please keep it handy when you arrive (on the phone or as a printed copy) as this will make the registration process much faster.

【流れ】
1. 午前 9 時 30 分から午前 10 時 15 分まで学校ロビーで受付します。
2. 校内に駐車場はありません。近隣の公共駐車場は限られています。
3. 親が同席する必要はありません。
4.予定時刻表：
- 受付時間 午前9時30分～午前10時15分
- 開会式と歓迎会: 10:15～10:30
- 第1ラウンド: 午前10時30分
- 第2ラウンド: 午前11時15分
- 第3ラウンド: 午後12時
- 昼休憩: 12:30 ～ 13:15
- 第4ラウンド: 午後1時15分
- 第5ラウンド: 午後2時
- 第6ラウンド: 午後2時45分
- 第7ラウンド: 午後3時30分
- 表彰式：午後4時15分～4時45分
5. QR コードが記載してあるチケットをお持ちになり、ロビーの受付にて印刷したもの、または画面表示でご提示ください。
【大会ルール】
1. プレイヤーは全7ラウンドをプレイします（ノックアウト方式ではありません）
2.思考時間は各プレイヤー15分、加算なし（！）
3.タッチムーブルールが有効
4. 違法手: 2 回違法手をさした場合、負けとなります。オープニングの開始前に、プレイヤーにその重要な点について再度リマインドします。
5.各ラウンドの終了後、終了したプレイヤーは待合室に行く必要があります。
6.保護者およびサポーターは、各ラウンド開始時に5分間、写真撮影のため競技場にご滞在いただけますが、その後は速やかに退出してください。競技場への入場は選手と審判員のみ可能です。
7. 学業の行事なので、選手は全員所属している学校の制服（標準または体育用）を着用してください。
8. 受付手続きを迅速化するためのQRコードは、申込後すぐにお送りするメールに記載されています。ご来場の際は、QRコードを携帯または印刷してお手元にご用意ください。スムーズな受付に繋がりますのでご協力をお願い申し上げます。
9. Caissa の Facebook ページhttps://www.facebook.com/caissachessosaka/ で重要なお知らせなど随時投稿内容を更新します。
